Libra Enterprises moved into property development in 2004 with it’s maiden venture Rosemary Apartments in Orda , Candolim. It has since been completed and being lived in. Our second development, Rosemary Apartments Phase-2 is in progress. Haciendas Saligao is our proposed exclusive development will consist of Villas in the lovely village of Saligao .
